Demo / Screenshots

The demo gives access to a fully functional copy of the system. You may access the demo as a squad rower or as a coach.

The coaches view gives access to the full set of adminstration tools for viewing availability and adding outings.

Coaches have access to the full set of tools.

They can create outings, view availability and manage squad members.

Rowers see a personalised outing calendar. They can confirm their availability for these outing and their contact details.

Availability for multiple outings can be updated with one form submission.

Note - The public demo uses a shared database. You can make changes but theses changes will be reset every 60 minutes.

Availability is colour coded and displays rowers and outings.

Rowers can check upcoming outings and confirm their availablity by updating the dropdown menus.

Updates are visible instantly on the coaches availability report.

Rowers may edit their contact and racing details.

This information is available to coaches and squad representatives, who can use it to complete regatta entires (below).

Lists the date of birth, points and ARA numbers of squad members.

Squad members can view the contact details and email addresses of their coaches and squad members.
